Surrey Entrepreneurs and Executives

I am proud to chair this dynamic peer-to-peer business group for CEOs, directors and entrepreneurs based in and around Surrey.
​
SEE is a group of non-competitive business peers who meet roughly once a month. to experience expert speakers and interactive workshops and share advice about business and life issues arising in the group.
​
By talking candidly about the tough decisions each other face, members listen, ask challenging questions and help solve problems and seize opportunities. Whether the question is operational, financial, legal or personal, the group is a confidential forum of experienced executives who rely on each other for wisdom, advice and counsel.
Several times a year, we invite business speakers and experts a wide variety of topics. Members not only learn from them in a small group setting but are able to challenge them, ask direct questions and get their views on how best to implement learnings.

We also take a 2/3 day annual retreat which is useful time out of the day-to-day running of a business to reset and plan ahead but also to try or experience something that may not be run-of-the-mill. For example in 2021, we took part in a lively workshop on Global Geopolitics followed by a day learning to fly-fish (a very mindful activity!) in the beautiful Test Valley. In 2022 we will be visiting Normandy to understand the leadership decisions that had to be made during the D-Day landings.

The membership also includes a monthly credit to be used either on one-to-one executive coaching and mentoring sessions or for other consultancy within a member's business. I want to make sure each member gets maximum value for the benefit of themselves and their business.
